Are your parts genuine?

Yes. Every part in our catalog is a brand-new, original component made by the machine's manufacturer, sourced through independent supply channels. PartlyTech is an independent reseller — we are not an authorized dealer or affiliate of any brand, which is how we can offer original parts at competitive prices.

How do I know if a part fits my model?

Every product page lists the exact part number and the full list of compatible models. The most reliable check is the part number: compare it against the number printed on your old part or in your machine's manual. If you're still unsure, email us your machine's model number (found on the label behind the bin or on the main body) and we'll confirm the right part before you order.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship free from our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day, and processing takes 1–3 business days in total. Transit takes another 2–5 business days, so you can expect your part within 3–8 business days of ordering. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is the manufacturer's warranty included?

Because we're an independent reseller, parts purchased from us may not be covered by the manufacturer's own warranty program. Instead, every part comes with PartlyTech's 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, plus a 30-day return window — so you're fully covered either way.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible at info@partlytech.com with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it. Once an order has been handed to the carrier we can no longer change it, but you can use our 30-day return policy after it arrives.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number for UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving it for the carrier's system to show the first scan. If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
